I can't say enough great things about my experience with Brenna while doing the Progressive Series Prenatal Yoga. Brenna's knowledge and expertise of how to relax, strengthen and challenge the pregnant body really is amazing. Her unique blend of yoga styles and how she specifically caters the program to your personal level and abilities truly allows your body to safely reap all of the benefits of doing prenatal yoga while lowering the risk of injury. This class is a must for all mama's to be!
