I wanted to say thank you for all you have helped me with through your Yoga Nidra classes. I came to your class at a point in my life where I was feeling broken and terribly unwell. I had lost all sense of myself and was a shell of the person I used to be. I felt that I was living my life on mute, very little touched me to give me joy or sadness. I was just existing. After just one class of Yoga Nidra, I felt significantly different. I could see how the practices would bring me back to life and would help me to feel whole again. Yoga Nidra is accessible for people of all fitness levels and can be practiced just about anywhere. I am so grateful that the universe led me to you and your classes and would recommend the classes for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression or general life stress.
