It will be a year coming up on July 25th 2018 that I started on a journey to find peace and health in my life and also to relieve some nagging pains. Brenna you have helped me in so many ways and I hope you are aware of this.
I want to thank you for adding a quality to my life through Yoga therapy. You have empowered me with a tailor made yoga practice that has been well developed over the past year. You have given me wonderful tools through yoga on how to get through the anxious times in my life or in dealing with pain. You have helped me with numerous aches and pains. You have wonderful observation skills! These skills have allowed you to create the tools I needed, to relax from being anxious, reduce or completely alleviate sinus, back, hip and even TMJ pain. It seems that yoga has an answer to everything when your body is crying out for relief.
In the last few months I have realized that when I am anxious, fatigued or in pain, yoga is what I need to turn to. I am amazed that within an hour or less I can relieve a lot of the symptoms with the truly amazing self-practice you have created for me. Now it is up to me to practice on a regular basis. Thank you for providing me with the tools to improve the quality of my life!
