I took the Pfilates sessions from Brenna last year when i was 68 years old. I thought the "little leaks" I was enduring was just a part of aging. These exercises have been very helpful to me. Following the classes I did the exercises 5 times a week and after a few months I did them less often. i could hear Brenna saying you will have results by doing them only 2 times a week, and that is what I do now.
It doesn't take long to do the exercises and everyone can find time to do them at least twice a week.
