Having never tried yoga before, I was very apprehensive, however Brenna instantly made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.  The studio is very clean and inviting and the structured classes provided me with a supportive and safe environment in which to learn and gain the confidence and knowledge to continue on my own at home in between classes.  I always looked forward to the next class.

Even though there were others in the class, Brenna made it feel like it was a 1 on 1 session as she easy conformed to each persons abilities during certain stages of their own pregnancy.

Along with a really enjoyable relaxing class, It was a great opportunity to meet other moms (or future to be moms) in such a relaxing setting. Meeting new people in the classes along with the knowledge and comfort Brenna brings to the class makes this a win win opportunity and I can't wait to do it again!

  • Restorative Yoga, Relaxation Is Its Own State
You cannot separate the body, mind and soul, it’s a dance.  The way we do asana, is the way we do life.  It can be ½ way, resenting it, loving it, using it as an escape, and so on.  Your practice is neutral, but it’s a mirror of who you…
