When I saw a blurb on TV about Pfilates, my interest was tweaked. In doing my research I found that it takes specialized training in order to offer this course and instructors are few and far between. I was overjoyed when I found we had a local instructor in Ladner. Brenna turned out to be a very dedicated proponent of the Pfilates technique. She is an excellent teacher.

I took the Pfilates program from Brenna and now am keeping it up at home. I has been a life changer and even though there are still some bladder issues there are so much less than before that I doubt I will ever stop doing the exercises. They do make quite a difference and I can do a complete set in about 10 minutes which means they fit into my schedule.

I took the Pfilates sessions from Brenna last year when i was 68 years old. I thought the "little leaks" I was enduring was just a part of aging. These exercises have been very helpful to me. Following the classes I did the exercises 5 times a week and after a few months I did them less often. i could hear Brenna saying you will have results by doing them only 2 times a week, and that is what I do now.
It doesn't take long to do the exercises and everyone can find time to do them at least twice a week.
Pfilates exercises have significantly improved my pelvic floor muscles.
Really has helped with slow elimination and slack muscles due to M.S..
