I approached the Yoga Nidra class as a way of dealing with my chronic pain and stress-related issues. The Yoga Nidra class gave me the tools I need to reach a state of deep relaxation, achieve greater awareness and become more resilient. I enjoyed the calm, comfortable environment and Brenna’s wonderful, caring nature. I found this to be one of the best yoga experiences I’ve ever had and a tremendous learning experience. I would recommend the Yoga Nidra class to people at any level of experience.

I wanted to say thank you for all you have helped me with through your Yoga Nidra classes. I came to your class at a point in my life where I was feeling broken and terribly unwell. I had lost all sense of myself and was a shell of the person I used to be. I felt that I was living my life on mute, very little touched me to give me joy or sadness. I was just existing. After just one class of Yoga Nidra, I felt significantly different. I could see how the practices would bring me back to life and would help me to feel whole again. It will be a year coming up on July 25th 2018 that I started on a journey to find peace and health in my life and also to relieve some nagging pains. Brenna you have helped me in so many ways and I hope you are aware of this.
I want to thank you for adding a quality to my life through Yoga therapy. You have empowered me with a tailor made yoga practice that has been well developed over the past year. You have given me wonderful tools through yoga on how to get through the anxious times in my life or in dealing with pain. You have helped me with numerous aches and pains. You have wonderful observation skills! These skills have allowed you to create the tools I needed, to relax from being anxious, reduce or completely alleviate sinus, back, hip and even TMJ pain. It seems that yoga has an answer to everything when your body is crying out for relief.
In the last few months I have realized that when I am anxious, fatigued or in pain, yoga is what I need to turn to. I am amazed that within an hour or less I can relieve a lot of the symptoms with the truly amazing self-practice you have created for me. Now it is up to me to practice on a regular basis. I started going to Brenna as a way to relieve my back pain from a car accident. The accident was compounded by the fact that I have MS. My experience from start to finish has been wonderful. She has been a very knowledgeable teacher. The therapy was altered to accommodate my MS. The workouts I was supplied with and practiced at the studio are a takeaway that I can do anytime and anywhere.

My experience with Brenna's Pelvic Floor Rehab program has been excellent. Brenna provides a clearly set out program, organized in manageable steps. She provides encouragement and supervision to suit my individual needs. I have started to see results after just a few months and am confident that if I keep working at this I will see even more improvement.

Having never tried yoga before, I was very apprehensive, however Brenna instantly made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The studio is very clean and inviting and the structured classes provided me with a supportive and safe environment in which to learn and gain the confidence and knowledge to continue on my own at home in between classes. I always looked forward to the next class.
Even though there were others in the class, Brenna made it feel like it was a 1 on 1 session as she easy conformed to each persons abilities during certain stages of their own pregnancy.
Along with a really enjoyable relaxing class, It was a great opportunity to meet other moms (or future to be moms) in such a relaxing setting. Meeting new people in the classes along with the knowledge and comfort Brenna brings to the class makes this a win win opportunity and I can't wait to do it again!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Brenna while doing the Progressive Series Prenatal Yoga. Brenna's knowledge and expertise of how to relax, strengthen and challenge the pregnant body really is amazing. Her unique blend of yoga styles and how she specifically caters the program to your personal level and abilities truly allows your body to safely reap all of the benefits of doing prenatal yoga while lowering the risk of injury. I have noticed a significant improvement in several areas since working with you. Immediately after the car accident, I had soft tissue damage to my neck and shoulders and that was made worse by a later fall onto my left shoulder. As well, the accident brought on symptoms of arthritis in the facet joints in my lower back.
As a result of working with you I have noticed an easing of the tightness in my shoulders and neck and this has led to greatly improved sleep. My posture has improved and I have a greater range of movement in my neck, shoulders and arms. I am also gaining more mobility in my hips and low back. Most importantly, the yoga exercises have reduced much of the pain I experienced with movement, and without the pain, I have increased energy. I am so grateful for the help you have given me.
