"Drop In" Pfilates Classes will be commending Sunday July 27th 10:00-11:00 at the Birchtree

in Ladner.  These classes are for those who have completed the initial Pfilates program. 

So, weather you need to brush up on some cues, or your technique, or just need inspiration to carry on,

this is worth checking out.  I will also be teaching some new tools for your Pelvic Floor Tool box.

No pre-admission required, pay at class time.  There will be classes on Long weekends as well,

and if there is interest enough, I will be scheduling a class on a weekday evening.
