I have noticed a significant improvement in several areas since working with you. Immediately after the car accident, I had soft tissue damage to my neck and shoulders and that was made worse by a later fall onto my left shoulder. As well, the accident brought on symptoms of arthritis in the facet joints in my lower back.

As a result of working with you I have noticed an easing of the tightness in my shoulders and neck and this has led to greatly improved sleep. My posture has improved and I have a greater range of movement in my neck, shoulders and arms. I am also gaining more mobility in my hips and low back. Most importantly, the yoga exercises have reduced much of the pain I experienced with movement, and without the pain, I have increased energy. I am so grateful for the help you have given me.
